Departing from Black Star Pastry in Moore Park we will travel south to a Southern Highland’s trufferie. Not only will you experience the thrill of a truffle hunt alongside specially trained dogs, you will also be treated to an exclusive cooking demonstration by renowned Black Star Pastry owner and patissier, Chris Thé.
This will be followed by a truffle-laden lunch, where fresh black Perigord truffles will feature in abundance including shaved over piping hot soup, truffle quiche and a spectacular truffle-inspired dessert – a feast for the senses! Lunch will be matched with wine tastings from local Tertini Winery. Fresh black Perigord truffles and truffle products will be available for purchase direct from the farm gate.
